• Natural coating.
• The tasting notes describe a white, slightly ivory-toned cheese with the characteristic aroma of soft goat’s cheese at room temperature that is mild and milky in Flavour, compact on cutting and creamy in texture with a yellowy-white rind.
• Matures between 8 and 20 days.
• Shelf life of 6 months from packaging.
Medium and Paprika medium:
• From the island of Fuerteventura.
• Artisan-made with raw Majorera goat’s milk, lactic ferments, rennet and salt.
• Natural or paprika coating.
• The tasting notes describe an ivory-coloured cheese with the characteristic aroma of semi-hard goat’s cheese at room temperature that is creamy, milky and slightly sharp in flavour with sweet hints of goat’s milk, compact on cutting and creamy in texture with a yellowy-dull brown rind.
• Matures between 20 and 60 days.
• Shelf life of 9 months from packaging.
Mature:

• Artisan-made with raw Majorera goat’s milk, lactic ferments, rennet and salt.
• Natural or paprika coating.
• The tasting notes describe an ivory-yellow cheese with the characteristic aroma of hard goat’s cheese at room temperature that is well-developed, creamy and slightly spicy in flavour, compact on cutting and creamy in texture with a yellowy-dull brown rind.
• Matures after 60 days.
• Shelf life of 12 months from packaging
