| Cheese powder from LACTOSAN is made from pure natural cheese that is pasteurized and spray-dried. Thus, the cheese powder provides not only the same nutritional properties and flavor as the original cheese, but also a one year shelf-life when kept under room temperature. LACTOSAN`s chesse powder is homogeneous, uniform in quality and flavour, microbiologically safe and ready-to-use. It`s use reduces production and storing costs. Apart from offering a wide standard line of products, LACTOSAN has also the possibility of developing and producing tailor-made powders, wich is a strong potential of the company.
