Shandong FREDA is China factory for food preservative natamycin and nisin.
Nisin (E234) is a polypeptide produced by the lactic acid bacterium Lactococcus lactis. It can efficiently inhibit Gram-positive bacteria and their spores, especially effective for Thermophilic Bacillus, Clostridium Botulnum and Listeria. As a natural biological preservative, Nisin is widely used in food, cosmetics, medicine and health care products. NISIN is noramlly used in cheese to inhibit gram-positive bacterium | gram positive, and normally it is used with natamycin together. Natamycin is used for mold and yeast inhibiting.

Usage
Please prepare about 5% aqueous solution with cold boiled water or distilled water (better solubility with pH4 diluted citric acid or acetic acid solution), and then mix it well with the food. Naray® Nisin can also be added into the food directly.
Storage
Please keep the product in cool and dry condition, and away from direct sunlight in original unopened packs. The shelf-life of the product is two years.
