Detailed introduction to CHEESE STICK:
Our cheese stick was first developed in Feb, 1997 and we named it "Cheese Stick" in Korea. Through our specialized breading and battering process, we prevent the product from crushing while frying/oven-cooking and the Mozzarella cheeses inside melt completely. We have sold 230million cheese sticks from Feb 1997 to Jun 2009 and received much recognition from our customers when it comes to quality. We supply to retail shops, department stores, QSR, etc. and export overseas. Please find our retail selections below.
- Cheese Sticks : Plain cheese sticks having a piece of premium mozzarella cheese inside
- Collagen Cheese Sticks : Collagen and herb is added to cheese sticks that have a piece of premium mozzarella cheese inside
- Broccoli Cheese Balls : Round cheese balls containing vegetable broccoli that is full of vitamin
- Volcano Cheese Sticks : Golden colored cheese sticks with rich flavor of yellow cheddar cheeses

- Deep fry in a frying pot at 170 ~ 180°C for 1min 30sec to 2mins. Turn it over properly while frying.
