One of the most mature cheeses available...From early 2007, Fayrefield Foods mounts a Canadian Campaign by launching a new brand of cheese to the supermarkets. Called Royal Canadian, the cheese is carefully made by master cheese maker, Rejean Galipeau at the award winning Balderson Corners Cheese factory in Ontario. It is then matured for over three years making it one of the most mature cheeses available in the UK.
