In the 1990's, Fléchard wished to diversify its line of products and has this extended its production site by adding to it an independent unit dedicated to manufacture cheese and analogues. The manufacturing technology is based on the concentration of milk by an ultrafiltration process.
The manufacturing unit is endowed with ultramodeern equipment guaranteeing the most stringent hygiene conditions. Located in Normandy, a region famous for the quality of its dairy production, we have our own milk collection.
The quality raw materiels enable us to obtain a delicious soft white cheese of the "feta" type which we present in a variety of packages adapted to the different markets.
