Our main variety is ZIRAAT 0900 (also called Turkish Napoleon).
Cherries size are 24mm, 26mm, 28mm and above diameter.
Cherries Quality : Dark red coloured , plump, strong texture, large size,
tasteful flovour.

Packaging:
The sizes of our carton boxes are 30x40 cm and 40x60 cm. The pallet size is 80x120 cm. We can pack in punnets and loose boxes. The size of our consumer packs varies from 500g to 1 kg. The loose form is 5 kg boxes .Cherries are sorted and packed according to customer demand. We use modified bags for all of our packs. There are 60 workers packing 24 hours per day during the season.
Production Flow:
Raw material is purchased daily from each region according to quality
specifications. One mobile hydro-cooler is used in order to pre cool the cherries right after the harvest in each region and then shipped directly to the Central Afyon Packhouse. The cherries are kept at the ideal temperature throughout the whole chain. The 8 minute hydrcooling process decreases the temperature from field temperature down to 2 C.
The final product is transfered into the cool rooms for fast precooling.
The shipments are organised daily according to marketing programs.
