Quality: The tomato used in our production is sane, red and mature. The cherry tomatoes are compact, typically brilliant red, of a good consistency and free from peels.
Processing: In order to guarantee to the final consumer safe products with high nutritional values, the company has stated that tomato harvest should be made only at complete ripening and that the manufacturing should begin straight after harvest, checking all the process phases
Conservation: SanPaolina products are free from additives, preservatives, so after opening must be kept into refrigerator at +4°C and used within 3-4 days.
How to use: SanPaolina cherry tomatoes can be used for all food preparation. However for its typical sweet taste we suggest to use them for fish-based dishes or even for delicious, fresh pasta sauces, according to the recipes of the Mediterranean diet
OGM end allergens: SanPaolina products are free from OGM material or allergens and can be eaten by all consumers' categories
Shelf life: 2 years at room temperature
