The fresh chestnut in our country is qualified and there are 2 types of chestnuts which are suitable for export the marron and chataignes. The production areas are Ödemi, Nazilli, Kiraz, Bozda and Beyda. The chestnuts are seperated according to their number in a kilogram. The sizes are 45 55, 65 75, 75 85 for chestnuts. The process for the chestnut starts with the calibration then the brushing and the last part is selection and packaging from 1kg to 25kg
