Flake chewing gum automatic packaging machine. This machine is made up by automatic cutting machine and automatic packaging machine. Automatic cutting machine will cut the chewing gum to the flake shape according to the packing requirement and then deliver to the packaging machine, packaging machine will automatic finish the flake chewing gum ’ s inside  aluminum foil  packing, w rapped waist paper  packing and five pieces one package outside packing. This machine  performance  is  stable  from chewing gum feeding to p acked into qualified  end product.

 

This machine’s electrical control adopts high quality electrical components, PLC control, packing speed adopts frequency conversion stepless speed adjustment; Adopts photo-electricity sensor tracing system and automatic compensating function, photo mark control accurate and reliable; electrical control system related parts all are equipped with detection, sensor element and photo-electricity sensor tracing system, and adopt HMI touch screen system, various of parameters can be set, amended and saved when packing. In order to ensure human and machine’s safety, machinery each transmission parts are equipped with protection and sound insulation material, operative surface is also equipped with photo-electricity sensor device. This machine is suited to food industry chewing gum’s adjustment and production.
