Machine Description:

 

        This automatic stick Packaging Machine is used to achieve the high speed automatic stick packaging of chewing gums. This machine adopts a dual-channel for feeding and packaging, frequency converter for speed adjustment, PLC control system, operator-computer interface setting, adjustable paper cutting section. The operation parameters can be displayed in the machine and the feeding of chewing gums, paper compensation, paper folding and sealing and other functions can realize automatically.

 

Function characteristics:

1. This machine is reasonably designed for compact structure and reliable and steady performance function.
2. The dual-feeding tunnel and all automatic packaging is adopted in the machine.
3. One roll of the packaging film with photo marks is used in the machine. The film will be cut into two strips to package the chewing gums in the two tunnel.
4. The packaging speed can be definitely adjusted with one frequency converter.
5. All the electric and mechanic parts are built on the left and right strong metal plate so that it guarantees that all parts of the machine run reliably and steadily with high speed.
6. PLC control system is used in this machine. Thus all acts can run automatically.
7. The photocell can check the photo marks on the packaging film and cut the film accurately so that a whole image on the cut film is achieved.
8. All box bases of this machine are made of processed cast iron which is strong enough to support the running of this machine. All parts contacting with chewing gums are made of the stainless steel 304 which is no harm to health.
