Technical Description
The machine consists of automatic Cutting Machine and automatic packing machine. The automatic cutting machine cuts the cooled chewing gum sheets into required slices and conveys them into the packing machine;
The packing machine can complete the inner aluminum foil wrapping and outer paper wrapping for each slice and the pack 5 pieces wrapped slice into one stick. It features high speed and stable running.
The machine adopts advanced electronic components and PLC control system. The wrapping speed is adjustable by frequency inverter. Photo mark tracking and automatic compensation functions ensure the precise cutting position. The operator can easily set, revise or save parameters during wrapping on the touch screen. All the transmission parts are fixed with safety and noise deadening cover. A photoelectric safety switch is fixed on the operation side of machine which can provide proper protection for the operators.
