chick peas and water. Contains sodium metabisulphite (antioxidant).

Preparation:
Before you open the package, use a fork to puncture it so the air finds its way inside and compress well until all kernels are completely loosened. Put the chick peas in a drainer, put it under running water and drain well. Salt to taste. Use to prepare salads, soup, sautéed, steamed and puréed dishes.
Serving Per-Person:
500g yield 25/ 20g servings.
