chicken Baader
frozen chicken 3MM meat, also known as chicken "ground meat", "baader meat" or "Verarbeitungsfleisch". Available with normal fat percentages ( < 18%) and low fat percentages ( < 11%). Product is packed in polyblock and palletized.
Product clearly distinguishes itself from other deboned meat products because of it's appearance: due to the production process, the structure of the meat is well preserved. Of course, the low calcium levels further contribute to the A-grade status of the product as well!
Applied in for example poultry sausages, cocktail sausages, chicken cordon bleu, chicken burgers, German chicken Frikadelle , et cetera ...
