8) Cooking way

☆ Clean and cut about 1kg chicken into 2cm lumps,  it is ready to use;
 
☆ Put 200g prepared vegetable oil and heat it to be boiled, then put the prepared chicken into the oil and fry it for several minutes;
 
☆ Add 150g seasoning into the pot and mixed it well. Pour about 0.7kg water or bone soup(better just cover the chicken lumps) into the pot heat it until it done;
 
☆ Add some coriander and shallot, and you can serve it.
