 INGREDIENTS: Salt, Red Chilli, Coriander, Turmeric, Rasted Cumin

Powder, Black Pepper, Cardamom, Dried Garlic 1%, 
Dried Ginger 1%, Acidity Regulator Tartaric  Acid E-334, Food Color E-110 
(FD&C Yellow 6) Food  Color E-129 (FD&C Red 40) .

nosh Chicken Tikka Recipe:
Skinless chicken (2 whole chickens each cut in 4 pieces) ... 2 Kg
nosh Garlic paste ................  1 tablespoon
nosh Ginger paste................. 1 tablespoon
nosh Lemon juice.................  6-8 tablesoons  
Cooking oil/Ghee................... 1/2 cup (80 ml)
nosh Chicken Tikka Masala…1 Packet only
 
Cooking Method: 
    Mix nosh Chicken Tikka Masala with nosh Lemon juice, nosh Garlic paste & nosh Ginger paste.
    Make 3 deep cuts  in each Chicken piece. Apply this marinate to evenly coat the Meat pieces. 
    Leave it marinated for approx 2 hours.
    Pierce each Meat piece with skewer and BBQ on low coal fire till Meat becomes golden. 
 
    Apply Cooking oil/Ghee on Chicken Tikka after short intervals & continue to grill till the meat is                 cooked  
    How to Cook Chicken Tikka in a Pot:  
    Follow step 1 & 2 of above nosh chicken tikka recipe.
 
    Now apply Cooking oil/Ghee on Chicken pieces & put this marinated Chicken in a pot, cover it and         put on 
    low flame until the Meat is tender. Turn off the flame. 
   Heat a piece of coal till it is red hot. Put this red hot coal in a small steel container and put it inside the 
    pot containing the Chicken. Pour one tablespoon of Cooking oil/Ghee over it and instantly cover to         prevent 
    the smokes from  escaping the pot. Leave it for 5-10 minutes.
 
   Tips:  Sprinkle with nosh Chat Masala and serve with nosh BBQ sauce.
