Hi! Let me introduce myself I am Chloe and, I am a hobbyist who likes baking and decorating cakes. I live in Damansara Jaya, Petaling Jaya, Selangor, West Malaysia, and I have been baking and decorating fanciful cakes for the last 4 years. I owe my skills to Pamela Jones, a Eurasian lady who taught me how to make the much revered Almond Sujee Cake and the Best in the World Chocolate Cake. She is a genius when it comes to cakes! And my Butter icing skills to Grace Home Cakes, who taught me the basics of baking. Both these people have inspired me greatly to host this web site and to share some of my ideas on the Internet.
All the cakes are specially hand baked and decorated and very premium ingredients are used in the preparation. I have a variety of pans in all shapes and sizes and can produce any 3 dimensional shaped cake.

I have been trained in the art of butter icing, fondant and sugar paste moulding. Most of the childrens birthday cakes that she makes are decorated with butter icing whilst those beautiful wedding cakes that you see adorned with sugar paste flowers are covered with fondant which gives cakes that porcelain smooth and matte finish. Some of the sugar paste flowers that I can make are the tropical orchid, spider lily, catylia, stephanotis, daisies, roses and many more.

Apart from decorative cakes, I also take order for home made (available during the Chinese New Year period) done at home by an Aunt of mine who lives in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. Since she only makes to furnish orders, please let me have your orders by the end of November of the year. My speciality cookie is the Chocolate Chip Cookie made with chocolate chips, hazel nuts, and Nestum, and trust me all kids love this concoction!
