As a general rule of thumb, we begin cutting our fresh products in December until about March/April , after which we begin the drying. In any given year, newly dried peppers are available after March until we sell out.

Prices fluctuate through the year due to a wide variety of economic factors. We always try to use our strategic advantages (our sister company is a distributor of agro-chemicals, , seeds etc.) to give you the best prices possible whatever may be the scenario.

To give you a order quote we need to know which product your looking to purchase, the quantity in metric tons, packaging unit (1 1/9 bushel, 30lb, 25lb or 11lb box), delivery location, payment terms you desire, and preferred delivery date. Our preferred quote for fresh produce is FOB shipping point Nogales or McAllen.

For dried peppers, pricing care vary depending on whether you want First Quality (largest size, perfect), Second Quality (medium size, perfect), Third Quality (visual blemishes, good for ground processing). For example, for the best price, if you are going to be processing into a ground product, you would want to order Third Quality, packaged in sacks (cheapest packaging).
