We offer chilean sea bass, also known as patagonian toothfish through our worldly resources. Chilean sea bass, being a cold-water fish, can be caught throughout most of the antarctic and southern hemisphere. Almost all of the sea bass is caught and frozen at sea on factory vessels(making for a very high quality fish). The fish is then shipped to our warehouses, processed and shipped via air or if the buyer prefers, via sea in refrigerated containers, usually within 24-48 hours after the catch. Our fish is caught directly by our sister company in peru. We have very high quality product, and we can work with the buyer as far as specialty processing. We bring into the USA approximately 1-2 tons per week, however we can bring in as much as 3-4 tons per week.

We sell the highest quality of fish. The meat of a chilean sea bass is a pearly snow white which remains white upon cooking. Chilean sea bass has a very large flake and is very moist and tender. This fish has gained popularity throughout the cooking community and is one of the most sought after fish.
