Caramba Chili Verde is green in color as the name verde means. It follows the same basic formulation as Chili Rojo using mature green fruits of the siling labuyo (sometimes called bird Pepper). The resulting taste is fruity and slightly tangy. And just like Chili Rojo and Habanero, it is free from added preservatives.
