We focus on fast and gentle treatment of our trout. The trout is harvested, cleaned and packed within 60 minutes. Freezing is carried out using blast freezers within 60 minutes of harvesting. Controlled farming throughout the life of the trout in combination with fast and gentle harvesting give us the best possible end product.
