Chilli Extract is the mixture of red pigment and capsicum Oleoresin, so its main components are C-capsanthin, Capsorubin and Capsaicin etc. It is dark-red oily liquid, being used as food colorant, as food seasonings, and also as the raw material of producing C-apsanthin.
