Chilli Peppers are renown for their superior taste and texture. They are open pollenated varieties of the capsicum Annuum family that have adapted through natural selection to tollerate the harsh growing conditions of Southern Africa.
The species is grown as annual summer crops in the hot, fertile regions of the country, as heat and daylight length are important for good flowering and fruiting to take place.
Our seeds are carefully selected from only the finest fruit bearing plants, and are then specially cleaned for use in the nursery where the next generation of peppers are grown under a controlled enviroment. Once seedlings have reach the desired height and hardness, they are packed and delivered for transplanting on various farms through out the region.
