1. Working Principle of Rotary Screen Separator

This rotary  screen separator  is driven by vertical  vibrating  motor.  An upper and lower adjustable eccentric weights  equipped on the both side of motor shaft. Relative angle of these weights can be adjusted to control the motion of whole unit. 

Moreover, a vertical motion model is perfectly function in limited space. Special model with reliable anti-clogging device aims to keep clean and accurate in separation by controlling outlet ports, customized structure has an enlarged top inlet port, which reaches high efficiency of screening operation.

3. How to Increase Service Life of Rotary Screen Separator ??

(1)  installation&commissioning 

i. Adjust relative angle of upper and lower eccentric weights to ensure suitable vibration force. 

ii.If machine  running time  > 1500 hours,  please  check  bearing , if there is a serious injury should be immediately replaced .

             

(2)  daily maintenance 

   i . Check the screen mesh before running, ensure every clamp is locking. 

  iii.Check the foundation bolt, motor bolt and clamp after running, fasten them if there is loose

(3)  operation notes

    i . Feed your material continuous evenly to ensure good screening efficiency and accuracy. 

  ii.Check the bouncing ball regularly. If there is aging, please replace it in time to avoid   pollution of your material. 

(4)  working condition 

  i. Elevation: <1000 meter. 

  ii. Ambient Humidity: -5 ℃ -40 ℃ .

  iii.Relative Humidity:<90%(below 20 ℃ ). 

  iv.No conductive dust, no corrosion and damage the insulation gas exist.
