1.What is the difference between Aspartame, Sucralose and Neotame?
Aspartame is 200 times sweeter than sucrose, sucralose is 600 times sweeter than sucrose,neotame is 7000-13000 times sweeter than sucrose, and the taste is relatively pure. Pls note that Neotame is a low-cost sugar alternative and without the calories.
2. Is Neotame stable than Aspartame?
Under acidic conditions, neotame has almost the same stability as aspartame, But under the conditions of neutral pH range or instantaneous high temperature, neotame is much more stable than aspartame, which greatly expands its application field, such as in baked food.
And if the use of neotame is combined with sucrose or other sweeteners, its stability can be much more improved.
3. Can I get some sample for test?
Sure, we can supply samples free for your test. Normally 5g to 20g is enough.
4.Is neotame suitable for long-distance ocean transport?
Yes. We understand your concern. The neotame will be packed in 1kg Aluminum foil bag, and 25KG carton box,then tray wrapped film, which is suitable for longdistance land and sea transportation. When shipping, we will apply for positions below the water level.
