Samples are free of charge but buyer pays for freight charges or buyer provides account with Freight Company where samples can be sent over.

Payments Terms:
30% upfront payments by TT bank transfer as procurement/Commitment fees before packaging and loading and 30% after we provide you with copy of original B/L and other shipping documents and the balance 40% after you receive goods at your port and after check by SGS.

SGS inspection.
 The Buyer will receive the Bill of Lading as well as the quantity
and quality certificates approved by SGS or equivalent international
Inspectors, available at each loaded vessel at port of loading.

PROCEDURE:
A. Buyer sends LOI with soft probe provided via e -mail, fax or courier.
B. Seller FCO sent via e-mail, fax or courier.
C. The buyer receives the FCO,propose corrections for seller ,after
corrections they print, sign, seal and return to the Seller signed
the FCO as contract draft for checking with Our bank by e-mail, fax or
courier.
D. The seller sends draft contract to the Buyer via e -mail, fax or courier.
E. Buyer verified, corrected and returned to Seller by e -mail, fax or courier.
F. Seller, check and if you agree, sign the contract and returned to
the buyer via e -mail, fax or courier.
G. Buyer verifies that the contract is approved, signed, notarized
before sealing .
H. Within three days the contract must be returned to Seller by e
-mail, fax or courier.
I. After the contract sent to the seller, this renders the invoice and
send to the Buyer via e -mail, fax or courier.
J. After receiving the invoice from the Seller to the Buyer via
e-mail, fax or courier, the Purchaser shall issue within five working
days of receiving the invoice, First the procurement/commitment fees
for seller to proceed . The seller receives the first swift copy
operations and activities with the terms of the payment form. Should
be sent by the buyer by fax, mail or courier.
L. After receiving first swift copy for procurement/commitment fees ,
seller does packaging , calls for inspection and also loading by
according to buyers requirements
P. From the receipt of the first swift copy , the period of 21 to 30
days delivery begins to run. Payment terms are followed as mentioned
above
Q. After the first vessel arrived at the destination, subsequent
deliveries will become the last 30/35 days delivery. So with all the
monthly deliveries to fulfil the contract .

STATED ABOVE , FIRST SHIPMENT CAN BE ON A SHIP WITHIN THE NEXT 14 DAYS.
