First, i'd like to make a introductions of PUERH TEA as follows:

Pu-erh originated thousands of years ago in Yunnan Province of China,

where largeleaf tea trees (Dayeh) grow. Its history relates closely to the tea trade between China and other nations (notablyTibet), and it is named for the town from which it was originally sold en route to other countries (Pu'er City). It was originallycompressed into shapes for more efficient transit, and it acquired its dark color and flavor due to natural fermentation in transit to its final destinations.
For many years, puerh has been aged.  

The aging process results in a slow fermentation, and it can take about 15 years for a 'raw' (unfermented) puerh to get the dark color and flavor that puerh drinkers desire. However, in the 1970s, a style of processing called  shou  processing (or 'cooking') was developed to expedite the fermentation process.
Shou  processing  eventually led to a puerh collecting / investment 'bubble' in the 1990s and 2000s . 

During the puerh bubble, many impostor puerh teas were made with  tealeaves   grown outside the traditional  appellation of origin  (Yunnan) . Prices skyrocketed, many collectors began to hoard their aged puerhs and the quality of new puerhs plummeted as production ramped up to try to meet demand. Fortunately, the puerh bubble collapsed and production has more or less returned to normal.

1)  How long can the tea stored?

--- The long the better, as the arma/fragrance improved with ages

2)  How to store the tea?

--- Usually store a moderate temperature and humidity. Do not let it in the refrigerator, in direct sunlight, or in a sealed bag.

     For long term storage, avoid storing the tea where strong food smells, peculiar smell especially perfume and mothball sexist

3)  How to make the tea? Pls. check the steps below:

Step 1: Weight the dry tea - 7g for each steep is the better;

For strong steep: >7-9g;

For Light steep: <5-7g;

Step 2: Put into the Dry tea;

Step 3: Wash the dry tea;

Step 4: Release the tea soup;

Step 5: Enjoy it.

In traditional Chinese herbalism, puerh tea is considered to open the meridians, 'warm the middle burner' (the spleen and stomach) and be beneficial to 'blood cleansing' and digestion. For these reasons, it is often consumed after heavy meals or drunk as a hangover cure / preventative.
Some studies have shown that puerh may lower cholesterol, lower blood pressure and increase metabolism . Puerh is occasionally touted as a 'diet tea,' but like all teas, I don't recommend consuming it as a magical weight loss tool, but rather as an enjoyable part of a healthy diet.
Some people find that drinking good quality pu-erh tea can induce a state known as ' tea drunkenness .'
