Élaborés exclusivement avec le "Breton" ( nom local du cépage Cabernet fRANC ) planté sur le "truffeau" ( terroir argilo-calcaire), les vins de Chinon sont réputés pour leur capacité à vieillir durablement les bons millésimes.

Riche et corsé, ce cru aux tonalités sombres emplit généreusement le palais de ses saveurs complexes de fruits noirs, d'humus et de sous-bois avec une subtile évocation de la truffe... 

Température idéale de dégustation : 16/17°C

Accords mets & vin : viandes rouges grillées  ou en sauce, fromage forts

Developed exclusively with the "Breton" (local name of the frank Cabernet Grape) planted on the "truffeau" ( argilo-calcareous country(soil)), wines of Chinon are considered as their capacity to age durably the good vintage wines(years).
Rich and strong, this vineyard in the dark tones fills generously the palace of its complex Flavors of black fruits, humus and undergrowth with a subtle evocation of the french truffe
