The Sweet Chipotle Pepper Sauce
is originally from Mexico, Central and South-America.
It has a bittersweet taste and is moderately-to-highly spicy. It can be used in an infinite amount of Mexican recipes.
Our sauce is made of meticulously chosen sweet Chipotle peppers. Following a traditional process, the chili´s natural content is emptied and is then submitted to a process where the skin of the chili is boiled in sweet natural fruits to give the sauce a sweet spicy taste.
It is ideal as Dressing for fish, seafood, meat, chicken, vegetables, pastas, eggs, soups as well as excellent for cocktail snacks.
