Ingredients:
Cream cheese 2-cups
Comelle SCM half cup
Cream 2 cups
Butter 250 gram
Sugar 250 gram
flour 200 gram
Procedure: Mix sugar and butter till it becomes soft and sugar dissolves completely. Then add eggs into this mixture one by one. Then add one tablespoon of baking powder, and keep on mixing. Then put it in a mould place it in a preheated oven. Bake on 150 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Take it out and let it cool. Beat the cream, cheese and Comelle and then put it in the freezer. Then cut the cake in two layers. On one of the layers spread cream and Blueberries. Repeat it on the other layer too. Cut in any size you want.
