Material: the interface with chocolate products is made of stainless steel, the external parts is made of carbon steel.
Working principle:
By the chain gearing, coated materials arranged on the stainless steel mesh in the front of pouring paste machine are sent to the middle of the stainless steel mesh for coat. The coated products are sent up to the coating conveyer belt in the cooling tunnel. Through stainless steel mesh, molding chocolate products are sent out of the cooling tunnel, enter the carriers apparatus, then achieve the coating purpose.
