there are two things to take into account. Firstly: size. Chocolate fountain cart The piece of food you are going to dip will need to have the size of a bite. It should be natural for your guests to take the food with a little fork or a chocolate fountain skewers, dip it once in the melted chocolate and bring it directly to the mouth. If the food has the size of two or three bites it will be dipped again, but this time part or all of it may fall in the fountain. This is not good for the second reason: chocolate fountains don’t like pieces of food left to swim in the melted chocolate. Whatever the food you choose, it will need to have the right texture. Crumbly biscuits or very soft fresh fruits are not suitable to be used with a chocolate fountain
