The basic ingredients and production processes are the same as for the regular spreads, but through the use of special vegetal fats, that harden in ad hoc chilling apparatus, these two products are converted into a "solid" spread.
The soft chocolate slab can be sliced and consumed as a dessert or as a snack with bread; soft chocolate "Cremini" are consumed as snacks or served as sweets at the end of a meal.
