Structure and processing

1. The machine is composed of Mixer ,refiner,cyclone separator,wind sheltering unit,and bag type dust collecting cabinet.
2. The cylinder materials(about350kg)after being mixed, the materials shall automatically enter the main unit for crushing,the crushing time for each batch of materials is about 50 minutes,the fineness can reach 400-500 meshes.
3. If customers doubt that the grinding time was too short to reach the purpose of deodorization and dehydration( it can reach 25 micron size by taking only 5-7hours).
4. For high grade chocolate, the customers are suggested to do the deodoriztion, dehyration, emulsification and homogenizing in the warm keeping cylinder which is much better in the effects of these espects while saving power.
