Our truffles are composed with a flavoured filling of cocoapowder,sugar,vegetable fat, ...with a layer of Dark chocolate and on top we use the different pieces according to the taste.

Each truffles has it's own taste,structure and flavor and has been tested and designed to obtain the best possible mix.
