| Description: Chorizo is the Spanish national sausage and it exists in a great number of different variations. It can be thin or thick, fresh or smoked, lean or fat. DELICASA is able to offer you fresh Chorizo that can be grilled, deep-fried or prepared in a microwave. The lean, matured Sartachorizo is the perfect product to serve as a starter. It comes in two tastes, spicy or natural. Last but not least the thin long cured Velachorizo, that can be served in very thin slices. A unique preparation process gives the chorizo sausage its typical sourly taste. The pig meat is cut in small pieces and marinated in a spicy mixture of garlic, paprika powder, salt and herbs for one or two days. |
