Chuhai often sold as Chu-Hi as a canned drink, is an Alcoholic Drink originating from Japan. The name is derived from "shochu highball". Traditional chuhai is made with shochu,FRESH LIME juice, tropical citrus and carbonated water. The flavor available is lime. The chuhai is sold in bars and restaurants, the alcohol content is quite low, allowing those with a low tolerance for alcohol to imbibe safely. Canned chuhi, however, CHU HI cans have alcohol levels at 6% for the Red can and 6.5% for the Green can respectively and is often sold in convenience stores and vending machines.
