The wine possess a complexity of aromas that suggest spicys and red berries, with some toasted notes as a result of a short period in oak, that in combination with a good structure of bark allows it the presentation of a very rounded and balanced wine in the mouth.

Castas Originates from the strains of Aragonez, Syrah and Touriga Nacional.
Vinification Mechanical Harvested during the night.Total Destemming. Maceration before fermentation during 48h. Fermentation with controlled temperature (21ºC-25ºC) in stainless steel vats. Malolatic Fermentation in stainless still vats with oak staves.
