We grind cinnamon bark into powder & export into foreign countries. Dried cinnamon bark will be cleaned, free from dirt, mould, admixture by hands then it will be fully scraped outner grey layer. All inner are pounded into deep yellow powder with mesh size 40 or 60. We divide cinnamon powder into different three grades: 2.0%; 2.5% and 3.0% oil content. Cinnamon powder has fragrance odor and it is used in daily meals(vegetarian food), cooking and used in foods industry.
