Sponge cake base, disc shaped, for patisserie; made of flour, eggs and sugar. Many diameters to choose (from 30mm to up to 220mm, standard 220) and different thickness (from 3 mm to 18 mm, standard 10).
Fired at the optimum temperature, is supplied frozen or fresh-chilled. It’s ideal both for the artisanal experts and for the cake industry. Available in its original taste and in different natural flavors (lemon, vanilla, Cinnamon ...). Ingredients: Wheat flour, sugar, standard pasteurized egg, water, inverted sugar, cocoa, emulsifiers, Dextrose and sodium bicarbonate.
