CIRESAs history begins in a region characterised by exceptional environmental and climatic conditions, located in the centre of Prealpi Orobiche in a superb position between lake and mountains, ideal place for the development of a strong rural and, consequently dairy, tradition.
According to the respect of this centuries-old heritage and thanks to the enthusiasm and the devotion of three generations, Ciresa, though keeping a family managing structure, is able to reach its present dimension.
Today, besides the still working unit in Bindo, the company rely on the two operative units of Introbio and Cameri; the latter of very recent realisation, where, advanced systems and specific equipment for Gorgonzola are utilised
