  ◊ Materials of aluminum composite panels                    

1) Upper side: aluminium alloy coated with PVDF resin

 

PVDF coating--- good weather resistance for exterior wall,especially curtain wall, can last for 15-20 years

PE coating --- better for interior decoration,can last for 8-10 years

2) Core:non-toxic &l ow-density polyethylene(LDPE) plastic.(Broken VS Unbroken)  

                         

3) Bottom side: aluminium alloy sheet coated with  primer(also pe coating) / mill finish (economy).

4) Surface coating thickness : 25~30 μm  70% KYNAR 500 PVDF or PE

 5  Aluminum coil:usually 1100 & 3003 series,the brand we usually used are  LITONG  and  JINHU.
