when we bottle our traditional wines we
let our sommeliers divide our barrels
into "Excellent", "Very Good" and
"Good" barrels (less than good barrels
are extremely rare and never bottled).
Only the wine of the top among the
excellent barrels can be bottled as
Selezione Speciale. Most years Tenuta
Beltrame produce only "Excellent" and
"Very Good" barrels due to the 600
years of experience at the vineyard.”
