GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
An emulsioned sauce made from tomato, oil, vinegar and spices, consistent with a light pink colour. It has a spicy taste and combines tomato sauce, ?ketchup? style sauces with those of mayonnaise or fine sauces. All its ingredients are of the highest quality in compliance with the specifications imposed by the Oil Quality Department of Millas S.A.
APPLICATIONS
A sauce made to enhance the taste qualities of the product with which it is combined. This sauce is made from a base of tomato with the taste of mayonnaise type sauces with a base taste of wine and aged vinegars. It combines mainly with salads, pasta, fish and seafood cocktails.
