Expertise and technology allow the production of many different types of cocoa mass. In addition, at the request of our customers, we are also producing liquors from many different single origins of cocoa beans. Our R&D department welcomes the challenge to produce specialized cocoa mass consistent with the needs of individual customers. Supply of mass is in cartons of 25 kgs.
