4. working principle

When the main shaft rotates at a high speed, the rotor disk runs at the same time,the materials are put into the hopper and move

automatically through the feeder into the crushing chamber. In the crushing chamber the material is crushed in the comprehensive 

effect of  mutual impact, shear and friction between the teeth and the material.

The machine is equipped with mesh screens,the screen can be changed in accordance with customer requirements.

The grinded materials are drove by the airflow and are impacted and  rubbed by the teeth and hammer slice again and again.

When the material to be pulverized to less than sieve diameter,it can rapidly get out of the crushing chamber through the sieve 

pore and falling to the outlet, and the coarse material is continue to be grinded.
