Production engineering

The fist Step :

Put 85%cabon raw material and 15%PE glue in the mixing machine ,well mixed it with ratio ,then put them in auto-feeding into extruder , press into carbon filter with mould ,forming with  cooling water, put into cuting machine , cut  it  into size customer'demand by    worker .

The second Step :

Packaged it with non-woven fabrics , stick to the top cover with glue ,  heat polyolefin shrink packing as the final step of products Raw material : 15-18% carbon raw material  and 12-15%PE Glue

Adjusted with the content of carbon pellet, the production speed of 30-60 is much faster than 60-100,

more glue , water flow amount bigger ,  the finish products is not solid

Less glue , water flow amount smaller , the finished products is solid  

 

 

Carbon Filter:

Carbon filter can capture 10-20um microparticle in the liquid  , it has double function both on filtration and purification, our cabon filter are effective on adsorption as well , it is  capable to eliminate chlorine  , smell ,color and organics in the water.
