The virgin coconut oil is made from fresh coconut meat. There is no chemical substance and heating used in this process. This coconut oil is made from organic coconuts. Coconuts are used fresh within 24 hours of harvest .
No chemical or high-heat treatment is used, this oil contains no trans fatty acids. This high-grade virgin oil has a long shelf life due to coconut oil's natural anti-oxidant properties. It has the longest shelf life of any plant oil.
