    Crema: 	Deep mocha-coloured with reflections of brown and sandalwood and with uniform striping with the lighter streaks typical of the best quality Arabica. 
    
    Aroma: 	Particularly deep, rich and full of warmth, with real integrity and strength of character. 
    
    Flavour: 	The taste is really lovely, with precision and focus driving towards the finish that is of exceptional length. The strength and integrity of this coffee is quite exceptional
    
    Body: 	Noble, consistent and smooth. 
    
    Retrogusto: 	Great length with woody, rounded sensations that show a superbly layered, lifted, complex result. Has an entrancing, completely seductive palate with flawless structure and balance. Brilliant, endless length. 
    
    Brew: 	Excellent coffee intensity and persistence, very fine texture and dense consistency. Very easy to work with in a professional coffee shop application or even just at home.
