Detailed introduction to Coffee Loe:
Luak Coffee
Luak Coffee is the Coffee Beans which are found in luck/civet droppings. Luak only forage on the most ripe cherries, digest the fleshy outer layer, and later excrete the beans.
The coffee beans in Luak's droppings are already piled-up, this differentiate with other coffee beans that are commonly processed in factory. In the digestion system of the Luak, the beans are having a chemical reaction, mixed with the digestion Enzymes of the Luak.
These enzymes give a different taste in Luak Coffee. If Luak Coffee is consumed, the taste is lighter, not sour, and the texture is smooth.
Luak Coffee beans are found on rocks, dry leaves, or woods in the forest that are near the coffee farm. We cannot find Luak Coffee in the coffee farm area since Luak always avoid direct contact with humans.
One pile of natural Luak droppings is worth 200gram. And the weight of the dung will drastically decrease while it's cleaned and dried.
